Both have a lot of hand to hand fighting in it, and though both use weapons, only Tokyo Crazy Paradise has guns in it. Both are long reads, and Ranma 1/2 is more humor/comedy with the main character getting beat up. Also, Ranma 1/2 has more of a cartoonish art style, while Tokyo Crazy Paradise has a more shoujo art style to it. Also, Tokyo Crazy Paradise has mafia, and a bit of mecha and blood in it, while Ranma 1/2 has magic.
