They have similar MC, an average guy who desperately chasing his crush, a well-looked girl that's so popular at school and kinda smart (at least smarter than the MC).
The difference is maybe how the romance story goes. Tonari no Kashiwagi-san is still ongoing so you may feel the development is slower than Seishun Forget that just 20 chapter long.
More or less, yeah, if you like to see how a school idol is being chased by a desperate boy, i recommend these.
PS: Tonari no Kashiwagi-san's MC is more desperate and more good-for-nothing
