Both manga develop much romantic tension among the main characters, and both are stellar in regards to the main protagonist. Too often, anime/manga feature a male protagonist who is either perverted, ridiculously dense, or just idiotic—but the male protagonists in both Doubt! and Iris Zero act intelligently and appropriately given the situation.
Both male protagonists are also very similar in that they hold a peculiar set of ideals and unique traits that make them enjoyable to read.
