Even though the topics are not similiar at all it has got a very similar feel to it. Probably because the execution of the arcs/basic storyline is the same.
Nurarihyon no Mago is essentially Rurouni Kenshin characterised with a supernatural theme. Both share similar styles and settings.

Both style are inspired on the Edo period, the characters of this manga are more comedic than Kenshin, but the protagonist in his transformation is a very good character, remembers me to Kenshin sometimes, and there are very good antagonists, and this art is very good too
