Both manga has some sort of animal/insect type people who battle each-other.
Arachnid involves the insect kingdom while killing bites involves animals,and they're both educational of different type of insects/animals.
Both are mainly about the girl battling and they're considered real strong, the difference is that in arachnid she is only trying to protect herself and her friends while in killing bites it's some sort of tournament.
If you enjoy one, you'll enjoy the other.
