The stage set for both series involves twisted games where its contestants' lives are at stake. The main male protagonist from both series has a similar personality and devotion to make it out alive. There is a colorful cast of characters from both series with various backgrounds and personalities. As for the games themselves, there are various rules that can be used strategically to secure victories. There is also plot twists as well as thrilling moments that any survivor horror fan may be interested in.
They are both
-life and death survival game where the characters were brought on an unknown place
-the game is run by a mysterious organization
-the protagonist almost have the same character (imawa no kuni no alice' MC is younger)
-I like the heroine on imawa no kuni no alice better
-genres are the same and the intensity of the game is there.
They both have anime. 😊

The main character is teleported to another world, while btoom is about battle royale which needed skill, strategy and strength, alice in borderland uses intelligence, mentality, strength, and teamwork. When the series start there will be a lot of mysteries in it like how did they get here?, why are we risking our lives? And so much more. The main character of the 2 series both hated their past live since their a burden to their family but in this new setting, they were able to shine.
