Berserk and Blaster Knuckle is virtually the same manga, we follow the lone hero, who's out for revenge against demons. The mayor difference is that in Knuckle Blaster the protagonist is a black man and the story takes place in USA during the 19th century. They are both great, violent mangas, and if you loved Berserk you'll definitley like Blaster Knuckle, it's an incredibly entertaining story.

Violent and manly manga. Both are about a cold hearted and muscular hero, who wants to take revenge on a demonic villain. In both series huge weapons are used in the battles. Also both manga touch on heavy topics (rape and misogyny in Beserk's case and racism and slavery in Blaster Knuckle's case), although it's not the main focus in either of these manga.

Both are about extraordinarily strong loner characters on a quest of revenge and they often get into situations where they end up killing masses of monsters. Blaster Knuckle is a lot more silly thanks to its rather strange storyline involving the KKK/slavery/etc, but the general feel is the same. If you like the idea of overly strong men going around killing everything in their path, Blaster Knuckle is for you.

'Blaster Knuckle' is definitely similar to Berserk (notably the Black Swordsman/Conviction arcs), as they both: - have a male protagonist with a tragic past - said protagonist is extremely scarred with unique weapons - hunt monsters but are hunted by the very people they protect - have stellar art quality, especially with regards to gore It is also worth noting that Miura is friends with the mangaka of BK, so naturally there will be some influence there. It makes for a short read, but try it!
