Similar in some regards, while Chainsaw Man feels way lighter in the pursuit of feeling some oppai it does have great action scenes and a decent dose of seriousness, the thing farther from Berserk tho it's the loneliness feeling and a certain realism within it that Chainsaw Man does not have.

The demons act the same, and they look the same, their drive is the same, they want to kill the MC, and they are fairly drawn in comparison, which is great.
The MC goes berserk too, and the funny thing is his face looks similar. There is also a lot of bleeding going on in the fights, just like berserk's berserk fights. A whole lot really.
This is perfect for someone who likes shonen genre, or can bare it, if you absolutely love berserk. The weekly serialization is a big plus for me, specially comparing to berserk's.
Both are about a troubled young man coming to grips with their trauma and learning to live life. Both have very interesting antagonists with a personal relationship with the protagonists, and both are extremely gory and have incredible art.

Very good story and everything just feels the same a lot of the time read both of them.
the panels are drawn very well, theres a lot of gore, but it looks really cool/is not edgy like elfenlied or stuff like that. however berserk has a much wider story and is top 1 on MAL for a reason. just read it, its so amazing
Both very violent and intense Manga's
Story is extremely well done
Characters have twists and are quite evil
Main Character is an Ultra Badass
