Cecile's Feelings is a 16-page one-shot, Apartmate has 28 chapter of three interlinked stories, one of them very similar to Cecile's and inspired by real events.
The differences: Cecile's has simple shonen-style art, Apartmate has upgraded graphics. Nudity is upgraded too, and two chapters of Apartmate are borderline hentai.
