I've been searching for something similar to Hana no Mizo Shiru for really long time. And finally I found it~, though there's one really sad fact - two colors is unfinished. It just makes you fall in love with that and then it suddenly ends.
Anyways, the overall feeling of this two mangas is almost the same; there's a very sweet lovestory, when the characters meet and slowly keep falling for the other one. And in both mangas one of the character catches a cold. (seems trivial but it's a part of the plot.) Also, Tsujiya really reminds me of Arikawa.
