Switch Girl!!

Horimiya

In these shoujos, the girl and the guy both have very different appearances and personalities in school or public places than they do at home or in private and they get to know each other in both settings by accident. So they share a secret side of themselves with each other that others don't know about.
Switch Girl and Horimiya displays a typical life of a young group of characters. Except for one thing: the main character from both series has a very different outlook and personality when not at school. Both series are also well known for their comedy gags that pokes fun at the personality sub-culture. There is also genuine amount of romance present in both series. Just do take note that Switch Girl is more character driven while Hormiya retains more of a slice of life mood for its story.
They both include characters who act different at home than they are at school
Switch Girl is the extrem form of Horimiya but the story is mostly the same. Both feature characters who try to hide their "real self". They find out about each other and promise to keep their secrets.

Tamiya Nika is also an average teenagers that has two sides. Though Switch Girl has more comedy and dark ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) comedy (periods, girls problems and such). And your average shoujo-black-haired-megane boy protagonist, Arata Kamiyama. But Switch Girl's artstyles are a little more shoujo like (big eyes).
