The only similarities between Second Honey and Mister Convenience is the art. Both are realistic portraits towards men and body structures, and even though the art was very clean with solid shading and lines, it stills portray a level of sketchy-sloppiness with each scene. I also found the character designs were very similar, with long haired characters who are lanky but manly.
Really, I would compare any of Shiwo and Aniya Yuiji's works to each other.
