The first arc of "Wolf Magic" (ookamu wa Mahou wa) called "The Water of Love For the Withered Flower" is about a guy who has a stern face and works in a florist. He has a tough attitude and appearance that scares anyone who doesn't know him. He is also an aloof character, similar to Haruhiko from "Markai Darling", however, Haruhiko is more of a pervert than a distant character like Hanasaki.
Both stories are based around people who work in a florist. Both also having pairings between a older manager and the younger assistant/customer/friend.
