Both manga feature a person randomly stumbling across a flower shop (the uke), where the manager of the shop (the seme) turns out to be a huge pervert/sadist. HE also loves monopolizing the uke and makes him do sexual stuff his way.
Mankai Darling features sexual assault, so obviously I ended up liking Kawaisa more. Plus, it has more beautiful/structured art.
