Both deal with a sexually problematic protagonist, one that could exist anywhere in their given society. There is a struggle in both as they try to go beyond their horizons and shackles from their past, and become possibly normal, like us.
Either way it is a treat to see these people cope with their exotic and explicit issues in a more or less average setting.
