The romance is kind of similar and they both have basketball in it :)
The heroines of both mangas are strong yet completely bewildered by love and dating. Rather than being the Basketball Team's manager Aiko is a player on the girl's team, teased by Leo, the male baskeball player. Both have male leads who are fawned over by other girls, yet fall for the unexpected girl. However, Himistu no Ai-chan brings in the maid cafe element whereas, Namikizakari focuses solely more around the Basketball club.
Think of this Himistu no Ai-chan as Namaikizakari meets Kaichou wa Maid-sama. Both are great reads!
Hello! After I've finished reading Namaikizakari. It reminds me of the Shoujo manga title Himitsu no Ai-chan in some ways. Both FL (Female lead) is affiliated with a basketball club/team. I found their vibes and personality similar; even the MLs (male lead) are both on the basketball team, they're good players and popular among girls and such. Love triangles are relevant in this story too with annoying 'they-so-called-antagonist'.
