They both are about brothers and sisters falling in love. And they both start out with the girl likeing someone else and the girls bestfriend dating her best friends boyfriend in the end. Both really good!
Both are mangas about Forbidden Love between a stepsister/brother. Cherry Juice focuses more on the main characters accepting their love for each other, whilst The Devil Does Exist seems more mature and concentrates on how the couple fight to keep their relationship together despite going against the "norm" society.
