Both Liar Game and Enigma have some mystery, psychological, and game elements, but most importantly they both have the same general feel. Enigma can be a bit goofy at times (and it also has some supernatural elements), but I still believe that most people who liked one of these manga will like the other.

Both series are known for their strategies involving the characters. Among these characters, Engima is more well known for supernatural elements. Liar Game relies more on suspense and heavy plot composition. However, both series unites a similar feeling with the survival like elements of their imaginative story.
A game where, if you don't play it well, you might just end up losing your life. That is the setting that both of these manga share. A group of people get caught in this kind of game and try everything they can in order to survive. Both of them shara a very dark and psychological setting. The 'game' in both manga is also very exciting.
