Both series have a boy digiusing himself as a girl in fashion industry and a girl, who happens to find out about his secret and starts cooperating with the him despite his nasty character. Eventually they develop feeling towards each other.
Both mangas are comedies and are very romantic.
Tenshi Ja Nai is the grown up version of Charming Junkie. The romance in Tenshi JaNai is alot more adult and considerate.
