the one shot manga included in "koakuma lion" renai @ home has got totaly the same plot as "papa to mama hajimemashita.. if you liked one you'll like the other too X)
One of the one-shots involved a pair to care for a child for them to fall in love.
The Love@Home Oneshot from Koakuma Lion is pretty similar to Papa to Mama; In both, two high schoolers suddenly have to take care of a child and grow closer because of that.
Though I guess the main story of Koakuma Lion can also be compared to Papa to Mama, at least on the 'caretaker' aspect. In Koakuma Lion the girl takes care of her boyfriend.
