Both are borderline H series that have a similar feel about them. Both series feature a somewhat average guy thrust into an strange relationship with a mysterious and dominate woman.

Main hero in both of the titles is "under control" by his girls. And he has no objection to this.
I like to think Nozoki Ana as a lighter version of Sundome , I find both MC characters really similar and in both series MC girl manipulates MC boy , Most of the time ending up in sexual situations.
Just finished reading Sundome, and just got a similiar feeling as when i finished Nozoki Ana, i think not so intense, cause Nozoki Ana is one of, if not, my favorite manga till this day.
Both construct characters that go showing their real faces as the manga progresses, and show that love can come from the most strange (or disgusting) places, but in the end still love.
I see Nozoki Ana lighter than Sundome, with not so much fetishs and this kind of stuff, but highly recommend both.
