Love Hina

Both are created by Akamatsu Ken. Negima and Love Hina both start off with the harem phase but Negima quickly turns into something else while still maintaining that Love Hina feel. Some characters look strikingly similar to each other as well.
The most popular works of Ken Akamatsu. Harem setting, comedy, ecchi, randomness.
Male lead is a megane guy, female lead is a brown-haired tsundere.

They both harems. They're kinda ecchi at the same time. They were both written by the same author and they're really funny and well written and drawn. Love Hina has a hopeless guy trying to find his childhood girl and Negima is a young wizard looking for his father when he meets a whole bunch of girls and goes through crazy adventure.

Same author. Lot of the same elements. And actually, a lot of the characters in this series were based on characters from Love Hina. This has a lot more action, seeing as the main character is a wizard.

If you liked Love Hina you will love Negima. Why? you ask. First the author is the same, so the story line is similar, there are similarities between them, the fact that a boy is stuck not to 5 or 6, but to 30 girls now.

For starters, they're by the same author. They both have heave romance / comedy elements, as well as being harems with lots of ecchi. The characters also have a lot of similarities. Negima is pretty much Love Hina with a some typical shounen elements, like adventure and action, and a much larger cast of characters.

Your a young guy at an age where girls become 'interesting' and they suddenly drop you in an environment with only girls. Lots of funny situations, love stories and hate/love relations. Both main characters get involved in a lot of situations that aren't what they seem to others. This ofcourse make for veru funny situations. The humour in both manga is very similar.
