Very similar. I actually thought Docchini Suru was the same story as Boku wa Onicchan (I Am Big Brother) until the second chapter. Both have a ordinary guy who's friends with two popular-hot guys. Both friends (or brothers in Boku wa Oniichan's case) love and lust after the MC in a very over-the-top complex way. Both flirt ridiculously with the MC daily to the point where the MC thinks it's normal behaviour. Both stories conclude with the two popular guys confessing the MC and him having to choose.
