The main character's actions in both series are so similar it's almost laughable.
Beck focuses more on the music aspect where as Fuuka focuses more on romance(thus far)
Both manga's cover music and the relationships of the band members, along with their childhood friends. Though Fuuka seems more of a drama in the first 24 chapters its heading to music like Beck

both about creating a band. Fuuka will most likely focus more on the romance aspects, but nonetheless is still really good at the moment. Both main character seems to blossom and mature as they divulge into the band.

How the plot progress is extremely similar, that you could say Fuuka is an exact copy of Beck
But I feel that Fuuka manages to manifest more emotions
