if you're looking for a slice of life that combines with elements of fantasy and sci-fi with unorthodox themes, then perhaps these two times may spark your interest. Both series follows a story with a peculiar female protagonist with a lot of curiosity. Her relationship with others (especially the MC) becomes a central element in both series' storytelling. There is a lot of comedy in both series that seems to be self-aware. At the same time, there are various gags that are portrayed that adapts well with its lighthearted tone.
These two titles are very similar in alot of ways. They are both heartwarming slice of life mangas with quite slow pace and subtle psychological/serious/"seinen" undertones, in a world made up of seemingly random characters who interact and create bizarre and funny situations. Not to mention that many characters are bizarre themselves to begin with. I cant see how anyone who like one of these to not like the other.
