Both series are yuri with a girl and a prostitute with CEO being the more wholesome of the two .
Kuzu is more serious/erotic with it showing more of the sexual scenes and has some more serious moments later on in the story. Whereas CEO skips any complications with the prostitute business and just has the wholesome romance between the two.
If you like one you'll probably like the other as long as you're fine with a bit of drama in Kuzu's case.
