Both of these manga have a fragmented storyline that might make reading it confusing, but also rewarding if you're into things like that - a complex storytelling. Both also have great detailed art.
Ultra heaven is thee most beautiful manga I have ever read, Asano Inio's works come second. Both Nijigahara holograph and ultra heaven use a fragmented time line to tell the story, and to evoke the sense of disorientation that the protagonist experience. Ultra heaven is about drug induced hallucinations (and seriously, having done a salvia divinorium trip myself, the author portays it just as I experienced), Nijigahara holograph is more about psychological disorientation, portraying a psychosis-like state.
