When I was reading NG x Baby it reminded me so much of Desire Climax because in NG x Baby Mistsuki seems to know Aoi from somewhere and it turns out they used to be friends and because Aoi's mom was a star he was gonna get kidnapped but Mitsuki saves him and then forgot everything about him. In Desire Climax something similar happens. Mio and Jinnai where childhood friends and Jinnai was really rich so they where going to kidnap him for ransom and well Mio ends up forgetting all about that and them being friends.
