Both stories share main characters with strong-willed determinations to get back home from their "isekai situation". To the point, some would say they're pretty "extreme". The heroines in both stories also have... "dark" personalities, I would describe. Not to say they're evil or anything, just that they're very different from the typical mary-sue or ditzy/relatable girl-next-door personality. They're both in desperate situations that take their toll on both of them psychologically to the point you're left wondering that even IF they returned home, would they even be okay?
