Apart from having beautiful art, what both manga have in common is an eerily similar character dynamic. You have a tall and extremely gorgeous young man, who has girls and guys falling for him left, right and center. Surprisingly (even to this man himself), he ends up falling for a timid and bespectacled guy, who find it very hard to believe that such a heartthrob would show even the slightest interest in him. The biggest difference would be in the attitudes of both the seme - while the one in Akuma is an asshole, the one in Koi wo is a gentleman through and through.
