Right off the bat, these 2 manga gave a similar look with their clean and cute shoujo manga art style - which makes one recommendable if artstyle is what attract you to one. Both shared the typical MC that doesn't really stand out, starting a relationship with a handsome guy early on - making them a couple most of the story. Similarly, they shared a very feminine theme revolving around the story - one about perfume and another about fashion.
