Gamaran

Both this mangas are in my opinion incredibly underrated. While red is set in the United States and tells an unconventional tale of indians and cowboys, featuring all the major characters of the classic western movies, Gamaran is set in a more "traditional" Japanese world. Both have quite a big deal of graphic violence and are focused on fighting, but in both cases the backstory is magistrally developed and the art is just perfect. Moreover, the MC's are amazingly written and designed, and same goes for the villains. In both mangas the MC has to face always stronger enemies to get to the final challenge
