Ibitsu could be compared to many of Higurashi's unhappy, disturbing offerings, but the ever increasing creepiness seen in the opening Higurashi arc as its lead desperately tries to escape from a girl following him with a sharp, not-so-friendly weapon probably best matches up.

Both are short with lots of twists and disturbing moments. The MCs are very similar and both feature crazy yandere like characters. Ibitsu features some side stories as well. Great midnight reading!
Both are horror mangas about a stalker or group of stalkers (mostly girls) following the protagonists, which they happen to be similar, there's all the feeling of fear, paranoia, uncertainty and doubt of your sorroundings in both works, with it's necessary twists to convolute the story, so they are both psychological horror, there's gruesome scenes in both when they need to be and the way the MC meets a character is kind of alike in some sense. High chance of like the other one if you've read one.
