Some of the highlights of the story are nearly exactly the same as Koisuru Boukuns main points. The teacher hates homos, but is willing to make an exeption for only one guy. Not to mention that just like Senpai, Amemiya (the teacher) has also been sexually harassed earlier on in the story. I'd say the biggest difference is that Senpai is just way more stubborn than Amemiya...
(and the fact that Reverse?! is like a WAA~Y turned down version of Koisuru Boukun. That means, no, no rape(?) scenes or heavy lemons...)
