Marriage is a concept used to introduce the characters and story for both series. The main female protagonist marries a character who has quite a polar personality compared to her own. Both series adapts a fantasy setting where we see the relationship development of the main characters. There is action, drama, and even actual romance as the main male and female protagonist gets to know each other.
These manga are very similar because they have strong female leads with special powers, Nike and Nakaba both were forced to marry another man through royalty/politics and the relationship between the male and female leads develops over time.
The only big differences are that Reimei no Arcana is a lot more serious/mature and that the relationship developed a lot faster.
