The plots aren’t very similar, but they have the same sort of vibe. If you liked one you’ll like the other! They’re both by Ueda Aki (who’s art style is really great!) and revolve around one man who helps take care of the other somehow (in Green Kitchen it’s cooking, in Koi ga Ochitara it’s cleaning/laundry) and eventually fall for one another.
