Our main character has the ability to see things other can't see. Mieruko chan follows our protagonist being able to see ghost, each chapters of the manga is about our main character trying to ignore those kinds of stuff while doing daily routines at the same time. Liar Satsuki is about our main character, similar to mieruko chan but in this manga, our protagonist is able to see someone's death a day before the event. She is called liar by her schoolmates because she often reminds someone of their death a day before it happens, the story is about our main character trying to   read more

-Both of these series have horror+supernatural elements with a female lead who has an exclusive power -In Mieruko-chan, the MC can see ghosts whereas in Usotsuki, the MC can see premonitory corpses -In Mieruko-chan, the MC tries her best to keep a poker face and ignore ghosts so that they do not attack her whereas in Usotsuki, the MC tries her best to save people from their untimely demise -Both of these series have slight traces of Yuri and comedy If you enjoy one of them, you will surely enjoy the other.

Both feature a schoolgirl protagonist who can see things others can’t, related to death. Interestingly, each protagonist takes the opposite approach to their power. Mieruko tries to pretend she can’t see ghosts in order to protect herself from them; whereas Satsuki does not hide her power and has a reputation as a liar as a result. I will note that whilst both have comedic and serious moments, Usotsuki has a more somber and darker tone overall. Both also have GL undertones which is always a plus!

This series also deals with the paranormal and similar characters. Usotsuki Satsuki does also have more of a confrontational approach to it however. Usotsuki can essentially see "dead" people but it is before they have actually died. She attempts to prevent these deaths but deals with the struggles of seeing them while also nobody understands her. It has its similarities but not quite the same horror aspect.
