Both are based around a bunch of people all living together as they act like a little family. The chapters are broken up into small arcs about the different characters, who live in the house/units, and their relationships.
"Kibun wa Joujou!" is smuttier and straight to the point, where as "Heart no Kakurega" takes it's time and is more enduring.
