Both stories have a girl taking refuge in a salary worker's home. Both female leads do all the housework/chores and overall makes the male lead eventually think of their house as a warm, cozy home that they can't see the female lead not being a part of.
Senko-san is focused more on the light-hearted slice of life aspects, with a touch of fantasy.
Hige wo soru is focused on the realistic aspects, and focused more on the drama aspect.
