We are presented with a psychotic male lead who has no fear of losing their life however, when they get entangled with a strong badass female lead their lives start to change. They fall head-on in love with the female lead and start to understand the fear of having a lovely one.
Both have yandere elements….an obsessive ml who falls too much for the headstrong fl…..They also have similar organised crime genre although raise wa tanin ga ii is based on yakuza while hotaru no yomeiri has a psychopathic killer. The interactions between the ml and fl are similar in the sense that the fl doesn’t care much but the ml who is way too powerful has his heart set on the ml. Both have stunning art as well..

The male leads are similar in that they're both toxic and possessive over the female lead. Both of the male leads have close ties with crime and violence. The female leads are similar in that they're both strong-willed. Both of the female leads grew up with pampered lifestyles, but break that mold by being able to adapt to different changes and experiences.
