I instantly thought of 'Papa★I Love You' after reading 'I'm The Big Brother'. Both are light hearted rom/coms that made me laugh out loud on more than one occasion. The art is detailed yet very 'shoujo' and could almost be called fluffy romantic settings and scenes. Light dramas which both tugged at my heart and made me weep for the characters and their problems only to be overcome with a satisfying ending. The main similarity is the 'incest' romance between the families though.
