The art is very similar, though Act-Age is a little better. The characters could easily live in the same world.
Both manga takes the shonen formula and apply to a very unusual scenario - acting and fashion. Great stuff.

Runway and Act age are quite similar, although one focuses on the acting and the other on fashion. Both show how the talented MC try to enter the industry that is highly competitive. The MC continue to improve upon meting more people while trying to reach their goal. Both with similar art-style and vibe.
