The common points in these title are basically the concept: One guy is isekaied, into a world similar to a rpg game he used to play, and transformed into a girl (their respective videogame avatar); obviously, both MC are OP.
The difference start with the first approach to the story. Yasei is an adventure story, while Net-chara seems more focused in comedy (I barely have read the first 3 chapters translated, so this my change later). Also, despite being OP, in Yasei are some characters that can go in a one-to-one with the MC, on the opposite side, in Net-chara… the first "opponents" are mere disposable
