Kobato.

Similar artstyle (due to being from CLAMP) and design. Beyond that, both involve a world of make-believe (with involvement of supernatural beings with magical powers) within a realistic world. Kobato shares some similarities with Sakura, not only in terms of looks (Kobato looks like an older verson of Sakura with a different hairstyle), but part of her character such as cheerfulness. They are very loosely related at best due to these superficial similarities, but it is likely that both are enjoyable in their own ways.
Kobato is written by the same author as Cardcaptor Sakura. It has a simimlar art style, simplistic but character focused plot, the same charming atmosphere, and a combined focus of magic and romance. It is similar in length and a has the same level of fun as Cardcaptor Sakura.

Kobato and Cardcaptor Sakura are two beautifully-drawn manga created by the mangaka circle CLAMP. They are both stories about an innocent and wholesome girl with brown hair who has a small, seemingly cute but quite brash plush-like animal companion that helps her with a certain task. Though both start out wholesome, they do eventually start to have a change in tone from each other; despite this, fans of either series will surely enjoy the other.
