In both stories, the action takes place in an heroic fantasy world. A lot of their characters are mythical creatures or monsters that you can find in any typical 90s JRPG.
Both share a similar type of humor and a good amount of fanservice. Also, there isn’t much story progress.
If you laughed at one, you’ll probably laugh at the other.
