Same concept of a highschool couple/almost couple who went their separate ways due to some misunderstanding but met once again after years of trying to move on (or not?). Miraiken feels slightly more drama-focused (plus a lot more honesty on their feelings) while Sekaiichi uses comedy to balance it out.
