Supernatural powers spread like a disease, and the power they receive will be based on their desires. The power can take over if they are not careful in controlling them and their desires, which will turn them into a disgusting monster. Both have horror and action, both have romantic subplots, both have lots of death.
Both have very similar stories, where the main characters are pretty depressed and feeling unfulfilled with their lives until some sort of outbreak occurs where people are turning into monsters based on their "desires". Jagaaaaaan's a lot more brutal and action packed but Sweet Home will leave you on the edge of your seat the entire time.
Very similar premise of people turning into monsters based on their desires. Both are very good.

Supernatural beings that infect several amounts of people and turn them into monsters reflecting their inner most desire? A bunch of realistic and intriguing characters with actual good dialogue? A depressed MC that goes through a great deal of psychological horror and character development? Unnerving and disturbing horror that'll make you question human desire? Both of these series answer the questions above with a fat 𝙔𝙀𝙎. If you took joy in one of these series than I highly recommend you check out the other. Even if you didn't, I still recommend you check out the other since there are major differences in story telling for
