Dissimilarities:
Genre: was more of a comedy kind of manga , while the other was more on the romance side.
Female character' personality: The female MC in one anime was more like a meek and venerable kind, while the female Mc in the other anime is more of a sadistic , reserve , manipulative and stern side.
