Ano Hana & Glasslip have very similar features including art, genres, and location. Although Ano Hana is the repairing of characters' friendships while Glasslip is involved in causing drama between friends, both stories gives a very similar feel involving friendship.
Both series are pretty relaxing, calm animes with a small romance, taking place in summertime. We have group of five friends having fun, but yet their problems with love and friendship. One person loves another, but this other persons is in love with someone else, this is clearly visible there. Those series are slice of life with a bit of supernatural themes.

In terms of character, Glasslip and Anohana are almost similar. Both have 6 main characters. A complicated love problem, but in my opinion it's still more complicated Anohana and the ending is a bit unclear (but maybe not for Anohana) the point is both fun to watch and there is also a strong supernatural or fantasy impression in the anime.
