There is a ghost of a girl that only one character can see, the male lead character. There are some things that the group needs to figure out revolving around the ghost, for good or for bad. What that is helps draw one into the series.

Both series contain a normal protagonist but not in a so normal life with the acquaintance of a ghost girl who has passed away.
There is drama, comedy, tragedy, and romance present in both anime. The other characters are also acquainted with the main protagonist and in both series, the characters are made aware the existence of the ghost girl.
Both series contain the interactions between a human and ghost that brings out a strange atmosphere in which we can draw parallels between the boundaries of realism and fiction.
Both are Romance between Ghost & Human, the MC in both show are trying solve the mystery and grant the girl's wish, again both are amazing romance.....different ending though.......
Same concept on boy can only see a female ghost. Tasogare is very much based on the relationship with the main character and has a more comical yet darker side while anohana explores effect of death on ones life and how the ghost can effect everyone she's left behind. Both are a romance with a very likable ghost and are very enjoyable.
Both have a female ghost who doesn't know why she's still in the living world.Both are very dramatic but tasogare otome x amnesia is more of a horror anime where Ano Hana is more a slice of life anime.
Both have an engaging story
Both will make you fall in love with the characters
Both you make you tear up
Your emotions will be played with, but that's why they are both so freaking awesome!

- Both are very enjoyable series.
- Both have drama scenes through the series.
- TOXA is a bit more mystery and contains more fan-service scene.
- Ano hana focus on childhood relationship but TOXA focus on couples relationship.
Both stories feature a relationship between a boy and a sweet, energetic ghost girl. AnoHana gives the leads a history and presents as a tragedy or drama with only very occasional comedic moments, while Tasogare Otome x Amnesia sees them meeting for the first time and presents primarily as a comedy with a surprisingly effective and heartfelt tragic/dramatic edge at times.

Both series feature an overly energetic ghost girl, with a dark past surrounding their deaths, who are introduced or become the love interest of the main character. Two ghost girls who only the main character can see (well, in Tasogare Otome x Amnesia, few more characters can see Yuuko and they are related to her). The difference is that, in AnoHana, this ghost girl steams from the mc's past, while in Tasogare Otome x Amnesia, there's a deeper connection between the ghost girl and the mc in terms of this past. I'm honored to say that this anime is a little bit similar to animes that are really really good like the animes, Deadman Wonderland, Sword Art Online, Mirai Nikki, AnoHana and probably other really good animes that I've watched buy can't remember right now. This anime taught me that I should never "JUDGE AN ANIME BY THE SYNOPSES ONLY" or "JUDGE AN ANIME/BOOK/MANGA BY THE COVER ONLY".
This anime had a really different ending that I couldn't even imagine... The anime started being funny but you will see that this anime is really really similar to AnoHana and almost will make you feel like watching AnoHana.
